Infographic Demonstrates Target Growth Challenges

Executives at this company believed they could achieve extremely aggressive growth in one year with a nascent marketing function, brand new team, an “under construction” marketing automation platform, and a sales team that was not engaged.

To help adjust their expectations, we conducted an analysis on 2017 sales and business development data to demonstrate how their desire to achieve triple digit growth in one year was out of reach.  We leveraged funnel metrics and the Kappa Sales Methodology to calculate the numbers found in the infographic.
