Meet Our Founder, Denise Willard, and Her Rescue Dog, Jake
Denise and her three rescue dogs raised $30,000 using grassroots fundraising efforts in Fashion for Paws to benefit the Washington Humane Society. Here she is with her chug (aka chihuahua-pug), Jake, whose photo was used to promote the event.
The mantra–marketing is only as good as the science behind it–is the driving force behind everything our founder, Denise Willard, puts her professional stamp on. For over 20 years, she has combined her right- and left-brained skills to drive holistic, data-driven marketing programs that meet client KPIs.
Having started her career as a computer programmer and software analyst, Denise brings a structured discipline to the creative elements of marketing. Her analytical skills go beyond the ability to capture metrics and use them to optimize tactics. She takes her analyses further–to arrive at the story behind the data.
When Denise isn’t working with clients, she volunteers with various charitable organizations that benefit women, children, and animals. She also has been an adjunct professor in marketing, entrepreneurship and leadership to MBA students at BAU International University in Washington, DC. In 2018 she also taught a continuing education course in Digital Marketing at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
