Migration Factory Quick Guide – Part Two: Plan

The Migration Factory was a multi-touch digital campaign for 7Summits to migrate existing customers off community platforms that were being discontinued.  The campaign was an opportunity for 7Summits to take advantage of a limited up-sell time frame.  Each piece of content was used at various points in the prospect buying journey and nurture stream.  We used progressive profiling in Pardot and offered additional content at each gate to build a complete understanding of the prospect.  This second paper is focused on planning.

Content was re-purposed from several documents written by a community migration expert.  In addition, interviews were conducted to fill in content gaps and ensure accuracy.  To view the white paper, click on the image.
